The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to the main shopping street of Katoomba and tourist sites. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The breakfast options were limited and the restaurant was closed during our stay.

I love staying at this hotel! The location is amazing as it is just a short walk away from many wonderful eateries in the main street. The staff here made check-in and check-out easy and quick, and were always ready to help. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities including an electric kettle, flat-screen tv, and air conditioning. The bedroom was very spacious with a mini-bar and an area to sit and relax. It was also nice to have a terrace outside and a dining table inside. The restaurant served great food and there were also a bar and lounge area to unwind after a long day!

I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed easy access to the town center and nearby attractions. It was a breeze to explore the town, try out different restaurants, and catch transportation, including the hop-on/off bus and train to Sydney. The continental breakfast included in the stay was satisfying, offering a variety of options such as cereal, breads, fruit, juices. The cleanliness and quietness of the property met my expectations, ensuring a comfortable stay. this hotel will be my top choice when I return to Katoomba.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a narrow bathroom and a large moth in the bedroom, we were able to overlook them and fully enjoy our time at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, cleanliness, and great location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The building was beautiful and the room was great. The hotel facilities were great, with a complementary sauna that we made use of. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the maid service was excellent. The location was perfect, as it was easy to walk to the town center and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. the hotel was within walking distance of the train station, very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant waitress. And last but not least, the breakfast was fantastic.
